Sutra means "thread" in Sanskrit, the fundamental unit from which all weaving begins. It is also the word for ancient texts of wisdom, each one a thread tied to the next. This kilim honours the word it bears: every thread counted, every colour deliberate.

Flat-woven in maroon, pink, blue, green, and beige using the kilim technique, Sutra has a rich, jewel-toned quality that feels both traditional and contemporary. Fully reversible and lightweight, it sits close to the floor and is practical for everyday use.
