1. Your right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order contains several items delivered separately, the period starts with the last item.

2. How to withdraw

Inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the 14 days expire.
You can email us at shipping@dariyaa.eu or use our online withdrawal form at dariyaa.eu/pages/eu-withdrawal-form.
No special form and no customer account are required; any clear statement is enough. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient to meet it.

3. Returning the goods

Please send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of the return shipment. For a rolled rug this is approximately €20 to €50 within the EU, depending on size and destination. We are happy to recommend a suitable carrier, just ask.

4. Your refund

We refund the purchase price and the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.

5. Condition of the goods

You may unroll and inspect the rug just as you would in a shop.
If the rug shows handling beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund for the loss in value. A return is never refused simply because the packaging was opened.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the full return shipping cost with a prepaid label and issue a full refund or a replacement. Photos of the issue soon after delivery help us resolve it faster, but are not a condition. Your statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung, 2 years) remain unaffected by everything in this policy.
