1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return (in line with EU consumer law).

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

After 14 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
2. Returns Due to Product Defects or Manufacturing Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the full return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue to speed up the process.
3. Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind, Style, or Size Preference)

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than defect or error, you may do so within 14 days.

The refund will cover the purchase price
4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalised rugs are non-returnable unless defective.

Items returned with signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Damaged or Used Product Returned:
If the rug arrives used or damaged, no refund issued, you pay return shipping costs (€20-50), and handle shipping if reclaiming it.
