Prithvi is the Sanskrit name for the earth, not soil, but the whole living world beneath our feet. It is one of the five elements of Indian cosmology, the one that holds everything else in place. This kilim grounds a room the way the earth grounds us.

Flat-woven in terracotta, blue, brown, and beige using the kilim technique, Prithvi is one of our larger formats, 240 × 170 cm, with a warm, earthen palette that brings depth without weight. Fully reversible and lighter to handle than a pile rug of the same size.
