3. Contract Conclusion

Product listings on our website are non-binding offers.
By placing an order, you submit a binding purchase offer.
We accept your order via email confirmation or by dispatching the goods.
Purchases must be for personal or household use, not for resale or export.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are final prices in EUR. As a small business, we do not charge VAT (§19 UStG).

Shipping costs are shown separately before purchase. Shipping, handling, or import duties may apply

Payment methods are displayed during checkout (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, credit card).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses in Germany and selected EU countries.
Delivery times are shown on the product page but may vary. We are not liable for delays outside our control, including shipping carriers or customs.
The risk of accidental loss passes to you when the goods are delivered.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins when you receive the goods.

Goods must be returned at your cost unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
Returned goods must be in their original condition, unused.

7. Warranty & Liability

Consumers are entitled to a statutory warranty.
Handmade rugs may show natural variations in color and texture; these are not defects.
We are only liable for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

8. Ownership Retention

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, is owned by Dariyaa or licensed to us. Use without permission is prohibited.
Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, or other rights.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is.” We do not guarantee their accuracy or reliability.

12. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country remain unaffected.
