The Hawa Mahal — Palace of Winds — is a five-storey pink sandstone facade in Jaipur with 953 small windows, designed so that a breeze always flows through the building. Its honeycomb of geometric openings is one of Indian architecture's most recognisable images. This rug pays homage to it.

Woven in the Panja technique, the dense wool pile carries a rich multicolour pattern inspired by the layered geometry of the palace facade. The result is a rug with presence — complex up close, harmonious from across the room.

Best in a living room or dining space where it can be seen in full. Pairs well with terracotta, natural linen, and warm wood tones.
